CHECKLIST WHEN RETURNING AN ORDER

• Ensure all parcels are marked as a 'Return'
• Send using a Tracked and Insured service. I take no responsibility for any lost returns.
• Enclose a copy of your order, or a note, including your full name, email address, postal address and order number
• Include a detailed description of the fault.

All goods returned as faulty within 12 months of purchase will be tested. Repairs and returns will be free of charge if returned within 12 months from purchase.
